At The Zeta Bluprint, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and refund policy for details on eligibility and procedures.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy on non-personalized items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Apparel: Items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Custom Handbags and Travel Bags: Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and must meet the general return requirements.
Please note: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Store Credit for Returns
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit for standard returns.
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a full refund or replacement will be processed upon evaluation.

Return Shipping
- If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective, damaged, or
- Incorrect, so we can address the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-designed products.
- Sale, clearance, or gift card purchases.
- Items not in their original condition (e.g., worn, used, missing tags).
Refunds
- If approved, refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
For approved handbag and travel bag returns, the refund amount will include a 10% restocking fee deduction and will be issued as store credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at thezetabluprint@gmail.com.
